Their primary purpose, through collective and coordinated service, is to carry the message to those who yet suffer from alcoholism. The intergroup shall act in a cooperative manner with individuals, clergy, groups, hospitals, institutions and other self-help programs, within the scope of the traditions for the purpose of those still suffering alcoholics seeking help.

The Buckeye Region serves the Northeast Ohio Areas. Geographically, these areas include the following Counties: Ashtabula, Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana, Lake, Geauga, Portage, Cuyahoga, Summit, Medina, Lorain & Wayne.

Their mission is to educate, advocate, and empower the community to prevent substance abuse and promote mental health across the lifespan in Mahoning County.

Youngstown Urban Minority Alcoholism & Drug Abuse Outreach Program (YUMADAOP)

provides culturally and gender appropriate violence, alcohol, tobacco and other drug (ATOD) prevention and offender reentry services to residents of Mahoning County.

New Day Recovery

New Day Recovery is Northeast Ohio’s most reliable detox center. With unique amenities like massage therapy and salon services, New Day Recovery operates 24/7 withdrawal management and inpatient addiction treatment. Two detox centers and two residential treatment centers host programs for both men and women with locations across Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties.

Broadway Recovery Services (BRS), is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that aims to provide a safe, structured, sober environment that enables and encourages individuals in recovery to continue their abstinence from drugs and alcohol, participate in treatment programs, and reconnect with their families and the community in a positive manner.
